Addressing consumer grievances is the primary objective of TCED .CGRF shall settle the disputes in accordance with the provisions of the Electricity Act 2003 and Electricity Supply Code issued by the Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission. By approaching the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF), the Electricity Consumers can resolve the disputes or grievances effectively.
